Registration Policies and Procedures

To attend any ATPI seminar, participants must be registered.

Registration may be done three ways:

  • (Preferred) Purchase via credit card online, from our shopping cart page (secure checkout).
    Firms with multiple registrants will need to register each person on separate transactions
  • Purchase via check, money order, or credit card by mail.
  • At the seminar site.

Mail Registration Instructions

Printed registration forms may be mailed to ATPI. Mailed registrations must be paid with check, money order, or credit card. Checks must be payable to ATPI Seminars. Mail the registration form with payment to:

Payment may be made for multiple registrants with one check.

Checks returned due to non-sufficient funds will be assessed a $30 fee.

Registration forms postmarked after the early registration deadline with incomplete payment will be processed only when the full registration fee is received.

Placement in Seminars

Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Registration limits exist for each site based upon space availability. Once the registration limit is reached at a particular site, that seminar is designated as closed. Participants are encouraged to register early to help secure their desired locations.

Confirmation of Registration

Confirmation notices indicating date and location of seminar will be sent via email (preferred) or US mail when the registration is received at least two weeks prior to the scheduled seminar. These notices should be taken to the seminar.

Fees and Deadlines

The registration fees are identified for each program. Registration deadlines are also identified. ATPI assesses a $30 fee for checks returned because of non-sufficient funds.

On-Site Registrations

  • Prior approval must be received by calling ATPI or admittance may be denied due to space limitations.
  • Payment methods accepted at the seminar sites are: Cash, money order, check, or credit card.

Cancellations and Refunds

To qualify for a refund, ATPI must be notified at least 14 days prior to the selected seminar. There is a $30 processing fee for refunds.

Cancellations less than 14 days prior to a scheduled workshop may be handled with either a participant substitution or transfer to another location. In both cases, ATPI must approve the change prior to the seminar date or admittance may be denied.

Absolutely no refunds are issued once a scheduled seminar date has passed.
